Overview

This role involves daily billing and rebilling of primary and secondary claims in compliance with commercial payor requirements. The position requires adherence to billing department policies and procedures, maintaining quality reviews, and meeting daily productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Complete billing and rebilling of claims accurately and timely
• Follow established billing policies and procedures
• Maintain quality reviews and daily productivity scores
• Achieve or exceed goals related to A/R Days, Cash Collection, Billing Work In Progress (WIP), Bad Debt, Denial Recovery Percentages, Charity, and other metrics assigned by senior leadership
• Adhere to compliance regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare setting

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of billing experience
• High School Diploma or GED
