Overview

Remote Billing and ACH Reconciliation Specialist

This role supports monthly billing and daily ACH reconciliation activities. Responsibilities include customer communication related to billing issues, insufficient funds, ACH returns, and coordination with accounting regarding delinquencies and service status.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly billing to customers
• Conduct daily reconciliation
• Manage insufficient funds cases reported by the accounting department
• Track customer ACH returns
• Notify customers of ACH returns and work with them to reschedule
• Provide customers with information necessary to prevent future returns
• Request suspensions and restorations of services as needed due to delinquencies
• Handle communications with customers and internal stakeholders (including the Accounting department) regarding billing, ACH returns, and related service actions
• Support Quality Control as needed

Requirements

• Clean criminal history
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and other parties as needed
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to learn new custom programs in addition to basic email, Google Calendar, Word, Excel, and other similar programs
• Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly range: $21.00 - $22.60
• Final pay will be determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to location, education, experience, training, and skills.
