Business & Client Analyst (Remote)

Full time role based in: Spain, Netherlands, Germany, France, United Kingdom

This position supports leadership with financial analysis, business and ROI modeling, benchmarking, and trending data from both client and internal perspectives. It also includes ad hoc reporting and analytics, as well as participation in projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop PowerPoint presentations to support client reviews, project management, and project lead activities
• Identify opportunities to improve performance against contractual terms
• Review financials for cost reduction, track variances to budget, and recommend opportunities to senior management to reduce expenses and increase revenues
• Analyze client data to identify trends in areas important to the client and to monitor industry changes
• Deliver monthly and quarterly ad hoc or program reports by established deadlines, including review and assurance of data quality
• Interface with appropriate departments to ensure accurate database maintenance
• Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the account management team

Requirements

• Prior financial analysis experience
• Knowledge of project management
• Knowledge of business and client management
• Knowledge of the organization’s travel products and services
• Advanced skills on GDS
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint & Excel
• Good command of English

Expected annual gross salary ranges by country:

• Spain: 30,700–34,800 EUR
• France: 31,304–55,800 EUR
• Germany: 35,200–57,500 EUR
• Netherlands: 41,900–49,300 EUR

Final salary will depend on qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
