Collections Representative

Overview

The organization is seeking a Collections Representative to support Robinson Fresh Financial Operations. In this role, you will help maintain the financial health of the Robinson Fresh business by resolving outstanding accounts receivable issues and partnering with internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and oversee completion of all accounts and assigned responsibilities.
• Use advanced skills and expertise across processes, procedures, and systems to recover aging invoices.
• Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems.
• Escalate more complex issues to senior-level team members and/or leadership.
• Work with stakeholders to improve efficiencies and achieve targeted results.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement based on identified themes and an understanding of the big picture.
• Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers by maintaining open lines of communication, building rapport, and providing timely and professional service.
• Continuously develop collections knowledge and business acumen.
• Provide coaching and support to less experienced team members.
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to team and/or country-specific requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of customer service, collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable, or related finance experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Range: $14.06 - $27.63

• The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
• Individual base pay within this range is determined by work location (geographic cost of labor) and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
• Compensation in this posting reflects base pay only and does not include additional variable compensation.
