Commissions Analyst (Permanent work from home)

Overview

This role is for a Commissions Analyst (Permanent work from home) based in Manila. The position focuses on ensuring partner commissions are accurate and paid on time, using analytical skills to resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve operational processes. You will work closely with internal teams including Partnerships GTM, Finance, and Information Systems to track performance, reconcile payments, and provide partnership insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely calculation of partner commissions, ensuring all payments are processed correctly and on schedule.
• Maintain and track commission data; generate reports for internal teams and partners.
• Provide regular updates on commission performance and adjustments.
• Analyze commission program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies or disputes, working with internal stakeholders to ensure fair outcomes.
• Utilize commission management tools and Salesforce to track partner sales performance and support accurate commission tracking.
• Partner with Partnerships GTM, Finance, Legal, and Information Systems to ensure commission programs are executed effectively and in compliance with policies and contracts.
• Contribute to wider team objectives as needed, including tasks that may fall outside the strict scope of the role.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commissions, revenue operations, financial analysis, or data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into meaningful business insights.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.
