This role supports accurate contract pricing, revenue optimization efforts, and the insights needed for informed business decisions. The position focuses on maintaining pricing integrity, identifying opportunities, and responding to a dynamic healthcare market.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer, sales, and pricing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and proactively resolve potential issues.
Administer customer contracts and maintain pricing information within revenue management and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Audit pricing eligibility, contract compliance, and account alignments to ensure data accuracy and policy adherence.
Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies, membership issues, and contract-related inquiries.
Support pricing strategy initiatives by evaluating promotional programs, pricing changes, rebates, and revenue impacts.
Create and maintain customer account structures, rosters, and contract documentation across multiple business areas.
Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and leading-indicator analyses to monitor account changes, pricing performance, and downstream business impacts.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development teams to implement pricing programs and improve pricing-related processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the medical device, healthcare technology, or technology industry.
Experience supporting contract activation, pricing administration, or pricing discrepancy resolution.
Experience working in a customer-facing or customer support environment.
Experience using contract lifecycle management systems and rebate or fee calculation tools.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
Experience creating reports and analyzing business, pricing, or customer data.
