Contract Analyst I (Home based)

Location: Hungary

This role supports contract management activities in a sponsor-dedicated model, with access to global expertise. Responsibilities include preparing, verifying, and executing invoicing through electronic processing and reporting for an assigned portfolio of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and execute invoicing via electronic processing and reporting for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Contribute to contract management deliverables and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
• Balance and maintain client relationships.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Stay abreast of contract progression related to invoicing units.
• Work closely with the Revenue team to ensure timely billing and investigate discrepancies for assigned clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in contract analysis and budget negotiation in clinical research is must to have .
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%).
• Employment is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
