Corporate Accountant

Overview

A consulting firm is seeking an Accounting professional with experience in large public companies or auditing large public companies. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent; CPA preferred
• 2-4 years of related experience at a large public company or auditing large public companies
• Strong knowledge of accounting theory, principles, practices, and regulations including FASB/GAAP and SOX compliance
• Proven ability to document accounting issues clearly and thoroughly
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment
• Experience leveraging technology to enhance processes
• Effective leadership and team collaboration skills
