Corporate Finance / FP&A Expert

Overview

This is a remote, project-based role for corporate finance professionals with 1–3 years of work experience. Projects will run over the next 2–3 weeks, are asynchronous, and are assigned on a project-by-project basis. Expected commitment is 10–20 hours per week for the projects you accept.

The work involves completing tasks similar to those performed in corporate development or FP&A, including financial modeling and applying accounting concepts to real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial models and answer financial questions
• Apply complex accounting principles to real-world scenarios (NOLs, DTAs, operating leases, etc.)
• Translate complex accounting and tax considerations into forecasted P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet impacts

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in finance or FP&A
• Understanding of financial modeling and accounting

Compensation & Benefits

• Project-based pay starts at est. $60/hour
• Project-based pay can go up to $100/hour
