Customer Incentive Plan (CIP) Analyst

Overview

This role supports customer incentive plan operations by managing rebate and Marketing Development Fund (MDF) activities, validating accruals and customer payments, reviewing claims for accuracy and policy compliance, and partnering with multiple stakeholders to resolve transaction, payment, accrual, and system issues. You will also guide business users on CIP processes and provide responsive support to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Operations, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple daily Customer Incentive Program (CIP) activities, including Rebates and Marketing Development Fund (MDF) programs.
• Validate monthly accruals and support timely customer payments.
• Review Marketing Development Fund claims for accuracy, documentation, and policy compliance.
• Resolve transactions, payment, accrual, and system issues with stakeholders; identify root causes.
• Support CIP processes during process changes and system enhancements.
• Guide business users on CIP processes and system inquiries.
• Serve as the primary CIP contact for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Operations, and IT.
• Analyze and validate operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, and metrics using Excel, Power BI, and other tools.
• Prepare materials and meeting notes for monthly accrual reviews.

Requirements

• Technical degree or higher AND +3 years of experience in data analysis or finance.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with financial and sales analysis.
• Familiarity with Power BI and SAP.
• Experience presenting dashboards to different audiences.
• Advanced Excel skills, including:
  • conditional formulas
  • VLOOKUP’s
  • pivot tables
  • macros
  • managing large data sets.
