Data Center Financial Analyst II (Remote)

Overview

This role involves joining the Data Center Financial Analytics team. Data centers support the organization’s rapidly scaling infrastructure and enable delivery of innovative services. Success in this position requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in data center financial operations, including cost drivers, relevant technology, vendors, customers served, and regional nuances.
• Establish annual and monthly performance targets; analyze budget-to-actual variance; communicate key messages to leadership.
• Work with data warehousing and data modeling.
• Identify and lead cost savings initiatives.
• Support month-end financial close reporting for data center engineering.
• Develop and refine complex driver-based financial models using KPIs.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Identify defects or waste in processes; drive new processes and automation to eliminate defects and prevent recurrence.

Requirements

• US Citizen OR Green Card Holder
• 5+ years of finance experience or a related analytical field
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Math, and Computer Science)
• Minimum 5 years of finance/business analysis experience
• Solid business judgment and acumen
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and partner cross-functionally
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
• Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range for all U.S. candidates: $100,000 - $145,000 per year
