Overview
This role is for Certified Contractors to serve as Deal Flow Analysts within a private capital ecosystem connecting fund managers, investors, and operators with high-quality deal flow and institutional infrastructure across private markets.
Deal Flow Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process. This is not an employment position.
Responsibilities
Once approved, Deal Flow Analysts will:
- Identify, screen, and qualify investment opportunities
- Support deal intake and early-stage evaluation
- Prepare high-level deal summaries and context for capital partners
- Coordinate introductions and diligence handoff
- Submit qualified opportunities through the platform
- Build a verified transaction track record within the ecosystem
Deal Flow Analysts do not perform financial modeling, underwriting, or capital raising.
Eligible Deal Types
Depending on approval and experience, Deal Flow Analysts may work across:
- Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
- Private equity and growth equity transactions
- Operating businesses and special situations
- Structured, opportunistic, or non-traditional investments
Deal categories are approved based on analytical background and demonstrated deal familiarity.
Compensation & Economics
- Compensation is success-based only
- Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction, depending on deal size and analyst contribution
- Payments are made upon successful transaction close and fee collection
- No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal qualification
Activation Process
To become a Deal Flow Analyst:
- Submit an application and background details
- Complete verification and deal category approval
- Get activated within the platform
- Begin reviewing, qualifying, and submitting opportunities
There is no cold outreach to funds or blind pitching; all deal activity flows through curated, platform-driven channels.
Compliance Notice

- Market investments to the general public
- Represent the platform in a regulated capacity
