Director Corporate Development

Overview

A growing organization is seeking a Director of Corporate Development to contribute to the advancement of AI models designed to assist finance professionals. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and can be tailored to full-time, part-time, or periodic engagement.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Apply financial expertise to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs.
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning capabilities.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the intelligence and reliability of AI versions.

Requirements

• Expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related discipline.
• Advanced degree preferred: Master's or PhD (completed or in progress).
• Relevant backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related finance management reasoning.

Compensation & Benefits

• Remote position with flexible hours.
