Enterprise FP&A Lead

Overview

This role reports to the Head of Enterprise FP&A and partners with a Director of FP&A to own ARR forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting on key metrics, including ARR, NRR, renewal rate, attainment, and capacity. The position provides strategic finance support across the organization, including support for pricing decisions. Work focuses on translating revenue data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ARR forecasting models, incorporating capacity, attainment, pipeline data, and renewal data
• Generate monthly and quarterly SaaS metrics reports covering unit economics, NRR, renewal rates, and attainment against targets
• Partner with cross-functional leaders on strategic finance initiatives and provide analytical support for pricing strategy and approvals
• Conduct variance analysis on actual versus forecast results and present findings with recommendations to leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of top-line experience in SaaS
• Experience with Excel and strong business modeling and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics
• Demonstrated history with financial planning processes and business systems such as IBM Analytics, Adaptive, NetSuite, Workday

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated history of managing, developing, and improving ARR and revenue forecasting accuracy and supporting projections with analytical rigor
• Ability to act as a trusted strategic finance partner to business leaders, evaluate ROI on new initiatives, and influence strategic decision-making
• Proficiency in Excel and business systems (such as IBM Analytics, Adaptive, NetSuite, or Workday) and ability to drive insights through data analysis to streamline financial reporting and processes
