Equity Trader

Overview

An organization focused on advancing AI quality is seeking an Equity Trader to join their team. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and the option to work part-time, full-time, or periodically. The position involves contributing expertise to train AI Assistant models to better understand financial principles and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Use your education and professional experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI-generated outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to evaluate their reasoning capabilities
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance the intelligence and reliability of successive AI versions

Qualifications

• Expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related discipline
• Master’s or PhD degree (completed or in progress) strongly preferred
• Relevant backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis

Compensation & Benefits
