Experienced Tax Preparer

Overview

This position is for experienced tax preparers who want flexible schedule options and an opportunity to advance by applying tax knowledge and client service skills. The role involves preparing individual and related tax returns while delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns based on applicable tax laws
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Communicate effectively and build strong client relationships
• Support a fast-paced work environment and collaborate with team members

Requirements

• 1+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across individual, trust, and/or partnership tax return preparation
