Interim Senior AP Specialist (NetSuite)

Overview

• Remote: Fully remote
• Compensation: $32–35/hour (DOE)
• Role Type: Interim Senior AP Specialist (project support during system conversion and accounting clean-up)
• Potential: Opportunity to convert to a permanent role as the organization continues to grow

This position supports a transition period involving a system conversion and accounting clean-up. The role is best suited to someone with hands-on accounts payable experience in a NetSuite environment, who can take ownership of assigned AP functions in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle accounts payable process for assigned tasks
• Process a high volume of weekly invoices for proper GL coding and payment
• Match invoices to the PO or Requisition and follow up on discrepancies
• Perform other accounts payable duties as needed

Requirements (Must Have Qualifications)

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 1+ year of direct, recent experience using NetSuite
• 1+ years of recent experience working in a fully remote, high volume environment
• Experience in the healthcare provider, SaaS, or services industry (highly preferred), or experience within complex manufacturing or software/technology environments
• Intermediate Excel skills
