Experienced Tax Preparer

Overview

This role is for experienced tax preparers seeking a flexible schedule. Use your knowledge of tax laws and client service skills to prepare individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns while delivering an excellent client experience in a fast-paced environment.

The organization offers tax preparation training and continuing tax education.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Provide exceptional client service
• Communicate effectively with clients during the tax preparation process
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with applicable tax requirements

Requirements

• 1+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes
