Most locations are operated by independent franchisees. Franchisees are independent employers and separate companies and employers from the organization, with their own employment policies and practices. Franchisees are the exclusive employer of their employees and are solely responsible for employment-related matters and decisions at their locations. The organization has no obligation or right to control franchise employment issues relating to franchise employees.
By applying for a job at a franchise-operated location, you understand that your information will be forwarded to the franchisee to reach out to you and process and evaluate your application. The organization will not receive a copy of your employment application and will have no involvement in employment decisions, including whether you are interviewed or hired by the franchisee. You will need to contact the relevant franchisee for information about its privacy practices.
