Expert Opportunity - Finance Business Partner ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Overview

This role supports a leading foundational AI lab by partnering on finance-related work to help train a language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine rolling forecast models and financial forecasting outputs
• Create, evaluate, and improve variance bridge decks and scenario sensitivity models
• Develop driver-based operating models
• Produce board-ready P&L decks
• Draft monthly flux commentary memos suitable for finance leadership to present without rework
• Translate financial analysis into high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks

Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models for a growing company
• Demonstrated ability to produce board-ready P&L decks
• Track record of producing monthly flux commentary memos that finance leadership can present without rework
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship
• Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $100/hour
• Commitment: Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
