Expert Opportunity - FP&A Lead ($80/hr, up to $1,600/week)

Overview

This opportunity is for experienced FP&A leads to help train a foundational AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

Responsibilities will focus on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core finance and executive communication workflows, including:

• Monthly business review decks
• Budget and forecast presentations
• Variance analysis exhibits
• Board finance packages
• Long-range plan decks
• KPI dashboard slides

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting inputs for training materials
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks
• Support variance storytelling and financial exhibit development for executive and board contexts
• Ensure presentation outputs are clear, accurate, and appropriately structured for business review use cases

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $80/hour
• Commitment: Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
