Expert Opportunity - FP&A Lead ($80/hr, up to $1,600/week)

Overview

This opportunity supports a foundational AI lab on language model training focused on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

The role involves leading FP&A work to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core finance and performance reporting workflows, including:

• Monthly business review decks
• Budget and forecast presentations
• Variance analysis exhibits
• Board finance packages
• Long-range plan decks
• KPI dashboard slides

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting inputs used to generate and refine slide deck deliverables
• Create, evaluate, and iteratively improve AI-generated presentation outputs for finance and performance narratives
• Develop variance storytelling materials, financial exhibits, and business review content
• Ensure slide quality through expert PowerPoint and craftsmanship standards, with strong written communication and attention to detail

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• $80/hour

Commitment

• Flexible: 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
