Expert Opportunity - Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence Professional ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Overview

This opportunity is for experienced Transaction Services (TS) and Financial Due Diligence (FDD) professionals to help train a language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

You will support the creation, evaluation, and refinement of AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core due diligence workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks
• Support presentation content across:
  • Quality of Earnings (QoE) report exhibits
  • Databook summary slides
  • Diligence findings decks
  • Working capital analysis pages
  • Red flag report production

Requirements

• 4+ years in transaction services / FDD at a top advisory firm (e.g., Big 4)
• Deep expertise in:
  • QoE exhibits
  • Findings communication
  • Report production
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• $100/hour
• Flexible commitment: 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
