Expert Opportunity - VP of Finance ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Overview

This role supports a foundational AI lab by helping train a language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

The position is flexible and involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated finance outputs across core workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for finance-related workflows, including:
  • Rolling forecast models
  • Variance bridge decks
  • Driver-based operating models
  • Board-ready P&L decks
  • Monthly flux commentary memos
  • Scenario sensitivity models
• Produce finance materials that finance leadership can present without rework
• Evaluate and iterate on financial outputs to improve accuracy and presentation quality
• Ensure strong written communication and attention to detail across deliverables

Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models for a growing company
• Track record of producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux commentary memos that finance leadership can present without rework
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• $100/hour
• Flexible commitment: 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
