Finance Analyst

Overview

A healthcare organization specializing in rehabilitation services for individuals with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries and illnesses is seeking a Business Finance Analyst. This role supports the organization's mission by auditing finance operations to identify inefficiencies and recommending improvements to the business model.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand the organization's business process management to assess financial strengths and weaknesses
• Design alternative business process workflows and implement solutions
• Supervise the execution of new processes
• Collect and act on feedback regarding alternative business processes
• Stay current with relevant software developments in finance and accounting
• Identify areas for improvement and address business issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting
• 3-5 years of related experience in a corporate setting
• Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
• Experience with month-end accounting and finance tasks
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $75,000 to $80,000 annually
