Finance Analyst

Overview

A healthcare organization specializing in rehabilitation services for individuals with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries and illnesses is seeking a Business Finance Analyst. This role supports the organization's commitment to improving the wellbeing of those it serves by auditing finance operations, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending business model improvements.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze the business process management to assess financial strengths and weaknesses
• Design alternative business process workflows and implement solutions
• Supervise the execution of new processes and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Stay current with relevant software developments in finance and accounting
• Identify areas for improvement and address business issues related to finance operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting
• 3-5 years of related experience in a corporate finance or accounting setting
• Strong proficiency with Excel and accounting systems
• Experience with month-end close processes and finance tasks
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits
