Finance Expert - AI Training Contractor

Overview

This opportunity involves working as a self-employed contractor providing expertise in finance to assist in training and evaluating frontier AI models. The role connects finance professionals with AI labs, hedge funds, investment teams, and research companies seeking expert financial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conversational interviews reviewing real financial models
• Evaluate AI-generated forecasts, investment memos, and valuations
• Identify breakdowns in AI model reasoning
• Contribute to the creation of training data for frontier AI labs

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in finance roles such as FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Audit, Credit Risk Analysis, AP/AR, Corporate Development, Banking, Compliance, or Operations Analysis
• Experience working with financial models, forecasts, valuations, reporting, or risk reviews
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Ability to work remotely and asynchronously

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $60 to $160, depending on specialty and experience
• Fully remote position based in the United States
