Overview

A remote contractor opportunity is available for a Finance Expert to contribute to a technology-driven business project. This role involves applying advanced financial knowledge to analyze images and videos and create challenging finance questions that enhance the quality of the project.

Responsibilities

• Review financial content presented in image and video formats with accuracy and thoroughness.
• Develop complex, domain-specific finance questions that require expert-level knowledge.
• Accurately tag each task by category and subcategory to facilitate proper routing to subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with other domain experts to maintain content accuracy and relevance.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to guide question development and content tagging.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the quality and difficulty of questions based on expert feedback.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal quality requirements throughout the annotation process.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in financial modeling, financial analysis, and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and modern financial reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, accounting principles, and data analysis.
• Experience with cost optimization and working in technology-driven business environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in crafting detailed, high-level questions.
• Demonstrated experience in project and stakeholder management within consulting or financial roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in finance-related annotation, assessment, or question generation.
• Background in regulatory compliance within global finance contexts.
• Familiarity with expert-level crowdsourcing or remote expert consulting projects.
