Overview

This role is responsible for completing all commercial and financial tasks to contribute to project success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of commercial project managers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Establish performance goals and objectives, monitor progress and results, and provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to promote skills development and knowledge growth.
  • Provide comprehensive data analysis and detailed insights to support forecasting, planning, budget development, and preparation of monthly reporting packages for North America executives.
  • Participate actively in month-end closing activities and maintain accurate project books and records in compliance with Financial Reporting Guidelines, IFRS, and local GAAP.
  • Support Project Managers and project teams in managing financial results by developing financial scenarios, identifying and assessing potential risks and opportunities, evaluating and implementing strategies, and continuously monitoring progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, handling communications and coordinating activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, an accredited accounting designation, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a clear focus on implementation and a hands-on attitude.

The base salary range for this position varies by location and is determined by factors such as experience, skills, certifications, and business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range; compensation depends on individual qualifications.
