Overview

This role is a key position within the Strategic Finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Director. The primary responsibility is to lead the migration and implementation of the organization's financial models from Anaplan to Pigment. This position involves architecting and maintaining complex financial models, serving as the technical lead and subject matter expert for the Pigment platform, and supporting company-wide forecasting and planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end migration of financial models from Anaplan to Pigment, ensuring data integrity and optimized architecture.
  • Architect, build, and maintain complex core models within Pigment, including consolidated P&L, workforce planning, and operational drivers.
  • Serve as the primary System Administrator for the planning platform, managing data integrations, troubleshooting formula logic, and overseeing user permissions and governance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and Business Systems to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and automated reporting dashboards.
  • Identify manual bottlenecks in the planning cycle and implement automated workflows to improve the speed and accuracy of monthly close and budget cycles.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in FP&A, Finance Operations, or Strategic Finance.
  • At least 2 years of experience focused on financial systems administration.
  • Proven expertise in architecting and maintaining complex, multi-dimensional Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) models.
  • Direct experience leading a successful EPM migration (e.g., Anaplan to Pigment, Anaplan to Hyperion) with a strong understanding of data architecture challenges during platform transitions.
  • Strong technical skills in data integration tools and managing data flows between ERP systems (such as NetSuite) and planning environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $123,250 to $166,750 per year, depending on geographic market and other factors including knowledge, education, skills, and experience.

Location
