Finance Portfolio Lead (Remote)

Overview

This role supports financial planning related to portfolio management, including business case development, cost-benefit analysis, benefit realization, and reporting of financial KPIs aligned with capital budget investments. The position is responsible for executing the financial discipline of portfolio planning, such as capital pool allocations, value capture frameworks, and cost-benefit analyses.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial discipline of portfolio planning, including capital pool allocations, benefits realization, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Lead development and ongoing execution of a benefit realization framework, including tracking and reporting to senior leadership.
• Partner with enterprise portfolio planning, business finance, and initiative owners to coordinate business case development and cost-benefit analysis to inform prioritization and financial management.
• Lead components of cost-benefit analysis and financial KPIs to translate outputs into actionable insights.
• Serve as a finance liaison for inputs to the planning process and ongoing financial management of prioritized work.
• Understand impacts of value creation on the operating plan; coordinate actuals and forecasts for initiatives and assess changes to scope, schedule, and budget on value and cost drivers.
• Prepare financial KPI reporting of the portfolio and provide ongoing insights on the capital portfolio budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to present financial information to leadership.
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling.
• High sense of urgency and execution-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in redefining processes and solutions.
• Ability to build effective relationships, influence others, and work effectively in a matrixed organization.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $121,500.00 - $182,300.00 (varies based on job level, geographic location, position incentive plan, and exemption status).
• Eligibility for an annual incentive (bonus) plan.
