Overview
This role involves developing and reviewing financial models and business cases to support timely sales pricing and capital investment decisions. The position advises senior leadership by clearly communicating financial insights, risks, and key considerations associated with individual opportunities, while delivering comprehensive reporting. Operating with moderate guidance, this role applies financial expertise to support and drive overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day financial review, analysis, and pricing approval process for customer opportunities within the Indirect Sales channel.
- Partner closely with Sales and Sales Engineering teams to develop tailored deal pricing strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to incorporate deal-specific costs into pricing and financial models.
- Develop, maintain, and refine financial models supporting pricing approvals.
- Drive adoption of business modeling standards and ensure adherence to established guidelines; proactively resolve financial, modeling, and product-related issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate complex financial scenarios clearly and effectively to senior leadership, as well as sales and product teams.
- Leverage advanced Excel capabilities for data analysis, modeling, and manipulation; apply strong understanding of financial metrics, including Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Free Cash Flow.
- Conduct additional financial and business analysis as needed to support decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; candidates with a combination of relevant coursework and experience or extensive professional experience will also be considered.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong skills in financial data analysis, financial planning, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling.
- Understanding of financial metrics such as NPV, IRR, and Free Cash Flow.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $69,116.48 - $103,674.72, with base pay dependent on experience and other non-discriminatory factors.
- Eligible for commission or bonus depending on position.
