This full-time Finance Specialist position involves managing accurate and seamless financial operations using QuickBooks, accounts payable, and Google Sheets. The role supports financial management and reporting within the technology and finance sectors, contributing to budget adherence and financial compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain financial accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial data management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insights and analysis.
• Maintain and optimize financial data in Google Sheets to enhance reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budget adherence and ensure financial compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience with QuickBooks and Google Sheets for managing and analyzing financial data.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Expertise in financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative remote environment with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies and optimize processes.
