Finance Strategy Analyst

Overview

This opportunity is with a healthcare services employer seeking a financial analyst to support strategic financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analyses and forecasting to assess ongoing performance
• Create financial models to evaluate the viability of new and expanded services and equipment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct Net Present Value (NPV) calculations for capital projects
• Design and develop financial reports and dashboards
• Prepare presentation materials for senior leadership
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic planning efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with emphasis on quantitative analysis or business
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a financial, decision support, or data analyst
• Proficiency in data analysis software such as R, Matlab, SAS, or SQL
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office and advanced Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an analyst role within a large healthcare system
• Experience designing and developing data visualizations using business intelligence tools such as Tableau
• Analytical experience in planning, strategy, business development, operations, or finance
