Finance Transformation Advisory - Senior Associate

Overview

This role is for a Senior Associate to join the Finance Transformation team within CxO Advisory. The organization is a hybrid employer; however, this position is remote and does not require daily work to be performed within proximity of an office location. Remote employees may still be required to attend an office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing functional assessments, rapid diagnostics, transformation roadmaps, and automation solutions.
• Contribute to business transformation and automation projects by analyzing current operations, supporting future-state design, and helping implement transformation roadmaps.
• Support efforts to optimize and automate clients’ back-office functions.
• Collaborate on designing and implementing new operating models, organizational realignment, shared services/centers of excellence, process improvements, and automation solutions.
• Research and support deployment of business process automation tools, such as RPA and related technologies.
• Participate in requirements gathering, process and functional design, prototyping, testing, training, and solution adoption.
• Help assess and implement business process automation and functional tool upgrades, including RPA and process automation.
• Serve as a project manager on select engagements.

Requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience working with Real Estate clients.
• Exposure to AI-driven automation and hyperautomation trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with data analytics and KPIs to support process improvement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and agile project/time management skills.
• Strong project management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Creativity and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Experience or exposure in 1–2 domains preferred (e.g., Customer & Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.).
• BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
• Bachelor’s + 4 years or Master’s + 2 years experience in strategy, finance, business operations, financial modeling, process improvement, and automation.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and business systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; exposure to workflow automation and process mining tools.
• Travel up to 30%, on average may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or exposure in 1–2 domains (e.g., Customer & Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.).
• MBA.

Compensation & Benefits

In Illinois, the salary range for a Senior Associate is $85,000 to $130,000.
