Overview
This role involves applying financial expertise to support AI systems in understanding and communicating about markets, companies, and economies. The position is a fully remote, flexible contract opportunity focused on reviewing financial statements, validating key metrics, and providing structured evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze company-level financial statements, operational metrics, and structured datasets
- Validate key financial metrics and identify trends across recurring evaluation cycles
- Cross-reference narrative disclosures with quantitative data to flag inconsistencies
- Summarize financial insights in clear, concise written form
- Support structured evaluation workflows alongside leading AI research labs
- Complete task-based assignments independently on a flexible schedule
Requirements
- Experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance
- Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills, comfortable working with large datasets
- Clear and concise written communication skills, able to distill complex data into accessible summaries
- Detail-oriented with a consistent and methodical approach
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of sector-specific performance drivers across industries
- Experience with financial modeling, equity research, or investment analysis
- Background in audit, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or management consulting
- Familiarity with AI tools or structured data evaluation workflows
