Overview

This role supports premium travel planning, private experiences, customer communication, trip coordination, and travel sales through financial analysis and reporting. Responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and business trends to support planning and decision-making.

  • Compensation: $80,500 - $89,500 per year

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain recurring financial reports using reservation, traveler, supplier, and sales data and approved accounting or reporting sources.
  • Compare actual results with budgets, forecasts, and prior periods and explain material variances.
  • Analyze revenue, costs, margins, cash needs, and operating trends relevant to travel planning and reservation service.
  • Prepare forecast updates, scenario analyses, and management-ready summaries for planning discussions.
  • Validate assumptions and source data before financial results are distributed to travelers, suppliers, and internal travel teams.
  • Support budgeting, close, and business-review cycles with clear analysis and documented calculations.

Requirements

  • Experience with financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, or closely related business reporting.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet-modeling skills and comfort working with financial statements.
  • Ability to interpret trends, explain variances, and communicate conclusions clearly.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in a remote-work environment.
  • Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and, where applicable to the role and permitted by law, credit screening.
