Financial Analyst — AI Model Reviewer

Overview

A financial services organization is seeking experienced finance professionals based in Dubai to serve as Financial Analysts specializing in AI model review for AI training purposes. This fully remote, flexible contract role involves auditing and refining AI-generated financial modeling tasks to ensure accuracy in numbers, methodology, and reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated financial analyses, models, and explanations for technical accuracy and sound methodology
• Audit task instructions and evaluation rubrics to verify they correctly assess real-world finance concepts such as DCF, WACC, P&L analysis, financial statement modeling, and valuation
• Evaluate AI outputs for correct application of core financial frameworks, formulas, and industry-standard terminology
• Identify errors in financial logic, modeling assumptions, calculation methods, or presentation
• Provide clear, structured expert feedback pinpointing issues and suggesting corrections
• Assess the quality and rigor of financial reasoning across varying complexity levels
• Work independently and asynchronously on a flexible schedule

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience in finance fields such as investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, FP&A, advisory, or closely related areas
• Strong command of financial terminology and concepts including DCF, WACC, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, balance sheet analysis, three-statement modeling, and LBO fundamentals
• Ability to quickly and precisely identify errors in financial models, assumptions, and methodologies
• Clear and concise written communication skills to explain complex financial concepts and highlight issues
• Detail-oriented with high standards for analytical rigor
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior AI or technical experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional credentials such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent
• Experience mentoring, training, or reviewing junior analysts' work
• Background in financial modeling instruction or curriculum development
• Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
• Exposure to multiple finance sub-disciplines including M&A, credit, private equity, treasury, or Islamic finance
