Overview
This full-time Associate-level Financial Analyst role supports financial record integrity for premium travel operations, including ocean and river cruises, expedition travel, events, and milestone trips. The work focuses on ensuring financial analytical reviews are complete and traceable—clearly documenting what’s finished, what’s pending, and who owns the next step.
Responsibilities
- Maintain audit-ready documentation to support the financial analytical review workflow.
- Protect confidential account information while supporting financial analytical review.
- Review financial inputs against supporting records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing.
- Track unresolved financial exceptions, including ownership and next steps.
Skills & Competencies
- Confidently support cruise program and milestone event coordination activities as part of financial analytical review.
- Apply exception resolution processes without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document deadline management decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the rationale.
- Exercise sound judgment in quality control, including when escalation is required instead of assumption.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $55,000-$78,000 per year.
Location / Work Arrangement
- 100% remote within the United States.
- Full-time.
