Overview

A leading organization in the healthcare sector is seeking a Financial Analyst IV to enhance forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that support business decisions. This role involves partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve planning, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. Location

• Remote (US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available)

Compensation

• $114,774 – $172,161 annually

Responsibilities

• Support strategic finance objectives through long-term financial planning
• Conduct operational performance analyses and feasibility studies for senior leadership
• Identify opportunities for financial analysis to improve decision-making
• Collaborate with affiliates to complete special purpose reports
• Translate complex financial data into clear reports and presentations for diverse audiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; equivalent experience accepted
• Minimum of 8 years recent relevant finance experience in healthcare or related fields
• Strong understanding of healthcare administration and reimbursement practices
• Proficient in financial analysis principles, methodologies, and practices
• Experience with financial modeling and computerized accounting systems
