Overview
A remote, full-time Financial Analyst (Oracle) position is available for candidates authorized to work in the United States (US citizens, permanent residents, or those with a valid US work permit). The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $110,000 per year. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Financials (Oracle ERP) modules.
- Gather and document business and financial requirements.
- Perform financial variance analysis and identify business trends.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and ensure financial data integrity.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to improve financial processes.
- Generate financial reports using Oracle ERP and related reporting tools.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Oracle Financials enhancements.
- Support system upgrades, implementations, and financial process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
Requirements
- Experience with Oracle Financials or Oracle ERP systems.
- Background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounting, and IT.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Eligible to work in the United States (US citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit).
