Overview
This role involves applying financial expertise to help train AI systems in understanding and communicating about financial data, markets, and business performance. The position requires reviewing real financial statements, validating key metrics, and delivering concise, structured insights to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI-driven financial decision-making.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract opportunity with hourly compensation. No prior AI experience is necessary, only strong financial analysis skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze company-level financial statements and operational datasets
- Validate key financial metrics, ratios, and performance trends
- Cross-reference narrative disclosures with underlying quantitative data
- Summarize financial insights clearly and concisely in written form
- Support recurring evaluation cycles with consistent, high-quality analysis
- Complete task-based assignments independently on a flexible schedule
Requirements
- Experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and structured financial data
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely
- Detail-oriented and systematic approach, with strong accuracy in numerical data
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
- No prior AI or technology experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of sector-specific financial performance drivers
- Experience in equity research, investment analysis, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
- Familiarity with financial modeling or data validation workflows
- Background in auditing, valuation, or financial due diligence
