Financial Analyst Sr

Overview

This role provides advanced, objective analytical support and independently organizes and presents data to support the organization’s Finance, Operations, and Strategic Planning functions. Work also supports the Manager/Director and includes ongoing and special financial analysis for Finance, Administrators, Directors, Managers, and other stakeholders across the health system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex data analysis to support Finance, Operations, and Strategic Planning functions
• Independently organize and present financial and analytical data
• Provide ongoing and special financial analysis and support to Finance, Administrators, Directors, and Managers across the health system
• Support special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration required; concentration in accounting, finance or other related field highly preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in finance and/or financial analysis; healthcare setting preferred
• Systems experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting minimum requirements

• Pay scale: $94,889.60 - $136,572.80 USD
• Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education
• If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align
