Overview
A global leader in nutrition and wellness is seeking a Finance Co-Pilot to join their finance team. This role offers an opportunity to co-lead financial analysis and planning efforts that support strategic decision-making for profitable growth and portfolio optimization. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance Operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze P&L scenarios for product innovation and renovation projects, including volume, pricing, and cost factors
- Manage full P&L budgets in partnership with sales and marketing teams
- Review available funds, forecast accuracy, and validate budget adjustments
- Collaborate with Finance Operations and Supply Chain to optimize costs such as VDE and COGS
- Ensure accuracy of monthly P&L forecasts and actively participate in business planning meetings
- Input forecasts into financial tools and provide insights on spend versus budget performance
- Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams to optimize product mix and marketing spend
- Support Period End Close processes ensuring financial accuracy and integrity
- Perform variance analysis to inform future forecasts and business strategies
- Develop financial reports and presentations to support decision-making
- Handle special assignments and audits, continuously evaluating and improving processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of bachelor’s program by December 2026
- 3-4 years of experience in Finance Management and/or Accounting
- Experience in consumer products or manufacturing environment preferred
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Strong analytical and interpretative skills
- Proficiency in SAP and accounting standards relevant to the organization
- Understanding of cost accounting and activity-based costing principles
- Results-oriented with an end-to-end business mindset
- Self-starter with high initiative and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills for concise presentation of insights
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to change
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $88,000 to $102,000
