Overview
This role connects financial record integrity with the operational needs of customer communication and contact-center service support. The work focuses on financial analytical review—ensuring decisions are based on current records rather than assumptions.
Responsibilities
- Own the Financial Analyst workflow by helping protect confidential account information.
- Coordinate the workflow by reviewing financial inputs against supporting records.
- Reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing.
- Track unresolved financial exceptions and ensure they are handled appropriately.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation so financial recordkeeping is traceable and complete.
Qualifications
- Confidently use documentation and data quality practices to support financial analytical review within contact center service support.
- Apply reporting while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
- Document decisions clearly enough that another teammate can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment for contact center service support, including knowing when escalation is required instead of assumption.

- Dependable financial record integrity, including clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes.

- Full-time, associate level
- 100% remote within the United States
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $55,000–$78,000 per year
