Job Title: Financial Analyst
Agency Supported: U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) – MEGA 6 Automated Litigation Support
Position Type: Full-Time, Contingent Upon Award
Location: Remote
Clearance: Public Trust (must be able to obtain and maintain prior to start)
Position Summary
This role involves supporting the U.S. Department of Justice under the anticipated MEGA 6 automated litigation support (ALS) program. The position is fully remote and contingent upon contract and task order awards. Under the direction of an Auditor or Senior Auditor, the Financial Analyst will perform analyses of financial statements, cost data, operating and project reports, and make initial assessments and recommendations for further review by senior auditing staff.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze records of financial institutions, including savings and loan associations.
- Examine operating and investment records and inspect properties to identify areas requiring further analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Minimum of two years’ experience performing financial analysis and evaluation.
- Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS).
- Extensive working knowledge of accounting, auditing, tax, and financial ADP systems and applications.
- Working knowledge of appropriate accounting and financial software.
- Graduate degree in a related field such as finance, business administration, accounting, banking, or credit.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working as part of an auditing team.

Employment is contingent upon contract award and task order award under the MEGA 6 contract vehicle.
