Location: IN-Warsaw, 100% Remote
This role supports change delivery through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Responsibilities include financial planning, analysis, and reporting across key projects and business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, analysis, and reporting across key projects and business initiatives
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, identify trends and variances, and provide insights that support informed business decisions
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience
- Comfortable working with financial data, building reports, and partnering with stakeholders to monitor project performance
- Experience with CapEx and OpEx reporting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent
- Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
