Fixed Income Research Analyst

Overview

A growing organization is seeking a Fixed Income Research Analyst to contribute to the development of AI models tailored for finance professionals. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and the option to work part-time, full-time, or on a periodic basis.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Apply financial expertise to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI-generated outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning capabilities
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model performance and reliability

Requirements

• Advanced financial reasoning skills with formal training in finance-related disciplines
• Master's degree or PhD (completed or in progress) strongly preferred
• Relevant experience in areas such as Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, or Insurance Planning
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay starting at $50-$60 USD, with additional bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
