FP&A Analyst (Remote)

Overview

This role supports operational and strategic decision-making by providing actionable financial information, including analysis, reporting, and pro formas. You will deliver analytical and consultative support to operations management and key stakeholders, analyzing financial, operational, clinical, and economic data to inform recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own expense budgets for various functions within the organization, influencing profitability and supporting strategic investment decisions
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and strengthen communication across all levels
• Manage and maintain accurate forecasts and budgets in collaboration with business partners, ensuring timely input into systems
• Streamline forecasting processes by navigating complex interdependencies
• Produce detailed monthly reports on actual financial results, including insightful commentary
• Maintain close communication with business partners to ensure alignment with budgets, forecasts, and financial goals
• Improve efficiency and accuracy in forecasting processes, from data collection through analysis
• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned on changes affecting their areas of responsibility
• Complete month-end deliverables accurately, including variance analysis
• Prepare financial summaries for leadership presentations, including budget updates and forecasts
• Develop high-quality leadership reporting with actionable insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 2+ years’ experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Analytical experience working with complex data sets
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Strong understanding of financial statements and core accounting concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $70,000 - $95,000/yr
• The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
