Overview
This role involves supporting the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization as a strategic and analytical FP&A Manager focused on ARR and revenue forecasting, performance visibility, and capital allocation. The position requires leveraging AI tools, automation, and modern FP&A platforms to streamline workflows and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. The FP&A Manager will report to the Head of FP&A and collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer.
Responsibilities
ARR & Revenue Forecasting
- Lead monthly and quarterly ARR and revenue forecasts across Enterprise and Self-Service revenue motions.
- Build and maintain driver-based ARR and revenue models incorporating pipeline, conversion rates, ramp, pricing, usage, and expansion.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Data teams to establish automated CRM data pipelines feeding forecasting models continuously.
- Translate leading indicators such as pipeline coverage, win rates, sales cycles, and usage trends into forward-looking insights.
- Provide scenario modeling for pricing changes, sales capacity investments, and expansion strategies.
- Monitor retention, expansion, and cohort trends.
Business Partnering
- Support quota setting, commission calculations, territory design, and capacity planning.
- Evaluate marketing funnel performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), payback periods, and return on investment (ROI) by channel.
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights to influence GTM investment decisions.
- Drive monthly business reviews and performance reporting.
Requirements
- Direct experience implementing AI tooling and scalable FP&A systems to automate workflows and forecasting.
- Advanced financial modeling skills with strong judgment on when to build models versus automate processes.
- Experience supporting sales and marketing functions.
- Fluency in SaaS and usage-based metrics including ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), CAC, Lifetime Value (LTV), and payback.
- Executive communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and confidently.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking.
- Experience in high-growth, Series C or later stage companies.
- Experience with usage-based revenue forecasting and consumption modeling.
